ISOLEPIS CERNUA 'FIBER OPTIC GRASS'
Good to know: Well here's a sure fire way to get 'Fiber-op' if you live in the country!! This ornamental grass certainly looks like it's arrived from cyberspace. Wispy, wiry leaf blades terminate in tufts that resemble a fiber-optic cable (hence its nickname). Here is another keeper for indoors in the winter months. In the summer use your imagination to plant the grass as a filler in your mixed containers but don't let it dry out.
Light requirements: part shade to shade
Uses: mixed containers, houseplant
