HERB-CURRY 'HELICHRYSUM ANGUSTIFOLIUM'
This is strictly an aromatic herb. Possibly the leaves could be used in soups or an egg dish for a mild curry flavour. Alternatively the stems could be shaped into an herbal wreath. The authentic curry seasoning is a variable combination of cumin, ginger, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, red pepper, fenugreek, allspice, black pepper, cardamom, cloves, mustard, fennel and mace.
